at the spirit maze u could have just gathered lesser spirits using gluttony with it set on spirit fuse , and once u reach 100 lesser spirits u get a greater spirit of an element , can be done unlimited amount of times

i cheesed the spirit golem by using the ultrasonic wave skill and standing on top of a pillar it worked and i just started playing at that point after killing the bat XD

you can use gluttony and degenerate to absorb the spirits and create your own and you can get spirits for every element.
