SPINACH - 1 BUNCH (400 GM)
SPLIT MUNG BEAN - ¾ CUP
CHANA DAL - ¼ CUP
SALT - ½ + ½ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ + ¼ TSP
DESI GHEE - 1 + 2 TSP
GARLIC - 7 TO 8 CLOVES
GREEN CHILLI - 4, SPLIT IN HALF
GINGER - 1 INCH
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
ONION (MEDIUM) - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
TOMATO (SMALL) - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - ½ TSP
GARAM MASALA - ½ TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLESPOON
LEMON JUICE - 1 TABLESPOON
---- TADKA (OPTIONAL) ----
DESI GHEE - 1 TSP
HING (ASAFOETIDA) - ¼ TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
DRIED RED CHILLI - 2, WHOLE
