Samagri:
1 gajar (barik kata hua)
6-7 beans (barik kati hui)
1/2 shimla mirch (barik kati hui)
2 chhoti chamach tel
10-12 curry patte
1/2 chhoti chamach jeera (sabut)
1 chhoti chamach adrak (bareek kata hua ya paste)
1 bada katora pakaye hue chawal
1 tamatar (barik kata hua)
1 chhoti chamach nimbu ka ras
Steps:
1. Tayari Karein: Sabse pehle sabziyon ko barik kat lein - gajar, beans, aur shimla mirch ko ekdum barik taaki fried rice mein achhi tarah se mix ho sakein.
2. Sabziyon Ko Fry Karein: Ek pan mein 2 chhoti chamach tel garam karein, fir usmein curry patte aur jeera dal kar halka sa bhun lein. Iske baad, barik kati hui gajar aur shimla mirch dal kar sabko achhi tarah se fry karein.
3. Adrak Dal Kar Bhunein: Jab sabzi thoda soft ho jaye, to usmein adrak dal kar achhe se bhunein taki sabziyon mein adrak ka swad mil jaye.
4. Chawal Dal Kar Fry Karein: Pake hue chawal ko sabziyon mein dal kar acche se milayein aur 3-4 minute tak fry karein taki sab swad ek jaisa ho jaye.
5. Tamatar Aur Nimbu Ka Ras: Fry karne ke baad, tamatar aur nimbu ka ras dal kar halka se mix karein taki khattepan aur tamatar ka freshness mile. Ab fried rice serve karne ke liye tayar hai!
