INGREDIENTS:
Milk 1 ltr.
Sugar 6 tbsp
Custard powder 3 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Fresh cream 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
1.First boil the milk and low the flame.
2.Cook for 5 to 6 minute on low flame.
3.Take 3 tsp custard powder in a bowl add 1/4 cup milk and mix.
4.After 5 monute add this mixture to milk.and mix.
5.Add sugar and mix.
6.Cook for 6 to 7 minute or until slightly thickens .
7.Switch off the flame and let it cool down at room temperature .
8.Add fresh cream and vanilla essence.Mix well.
9.Transfer this in air tight container ,cover with aluminium foil or clean wrap.
10.Keep this in freezer for 3 to 4 hours.
11.Take out after 3 hours.and put ice cream in mixer jar.
12.Churn for one minute.
13. Transfer this again in container and cover with foil or clean wrap.
14.Keep this in freezer until ice cream set completely .
15.After 5 to 6 minute take it out and scoop it.
16.Enjoy the creamy and soft vanilla ice cream.

This is the most amazing recipe for making ice cream at a very economical price. I also tried kesar pista flavour of the same by adding kesar and nuts and it turned out amazing. Even better than the market ice cream. Loved it
