For Nazar the regen bar also works if you deal damage with your sword so you wont lose health everytime you swing it but if you but the bow you lose 5 hp everytime and it doesnt matter if you hit or miss. So I would probably rack up most of the damage with your sword and regen in fights

22:58 normally i'd put the black market somewhere in mid sure the opponents get the potions too but you get lots of iron from it its better to use with kits like adetunde because of the faster attack speed potion borutoshinobigen1, battlepass
