Damn I missed the stream... I like draft tournament because you don't have to play ONLY meta or anti-meta to win, but u make ur own decisions. I feel like this is by far the most fair mode. The only problem is that the choices are not fully balanced, for example sometimes one player choses from 2 sets of spells while the other doesn't have a spell choice, which had a huge impact on 2 of the matches I lost (probably also some I won). Sometimes you get weird decks but the opponent is also not running a meta deck either so it is fair. At least people are not running every single graveyard counter in their decks (*looks back at the last month's tournament with a disgusted face)

I love playing draft every once & in a while too! It forces you to problem-solve on the spot with unique card combinations, and the more interactions and decks you know, the more success you'll have. There's no doubt there are some completely unfair drafts like when I got ONLY bats when the opponent had zap firecracker lava hound & AND I had no answer to their skeleton army in my entire deck. BUT that unwinnable situation only happened 1 out of 18 games, so not terrible odds I always learn new interactions when I limit test cards like the fisherman activating king tower vs the ice golem today, and the unique moments this game mode puts us into makes it a pretty fun tournament in my experience

Draft is not fair by any means , there are a lot of times when you just get totally countered by the opponent and other times you totally counter the opponent. The win is based on who gets the better choice to pick

That Freeze was Annoying and they were a Very Great Player and just like you said in that Video This Deck Destroys E Giant and it did

Jake, I think that as "older" players like me become old there will be even more older gamers. I grew up playing games but I was the first generation that played video games. Before that I think there was a barrier for older people but we should always encourage players of course. I just mean there was no life experience so trying new things in general is harder for older people.

I have issues with the volume on all of your videos. I have to have my device on max volume , then when an add comes on it’s incredibly loud . I have no issues with any other channels

On my videos, I comfortably have it on 35% without any problems. On streams VODS, I still can hear it well but it is a slightly lower volume (since in editing we increase volume in any points the volume isn't as audible but aren't able to increase the volume live on stream since its live without any edits). I think one of the worst experiences is having someone scream during a hype moment & you have your ears hurt, so I never want my volume to go deep into that "red" territory with sound distortion + hurting headphone's users ears
