Arceus would win 100%. It created the universe with it's bear hands. In a movie with the super powerful heatran he trapped it in a dome of water that he created from nothing. In another movie he easily takes down Palkia and Dialga. If there are no legendries then Ditto would win he can mimic any pokemon and their moves. Ash's Greninga and Inceneroar would a good winners too. second round would be Eternatus. Round 3 would Ferrimosa with quick speed, Sogaleo, Lunala, or form 1: Necrozma: form 2: The Blinding One.

Warlord is lighter than air. That is why he is floating. G max Gengar makes you hear sounds of your loved ones calling out to you to lure you into its mouth. And that’s why the very beloved eevee and charazard fell so easily to the trap, and because basically nobody ( except you one random, hunched backed nerd ) loves garboder, it’s was really hard to get him to fall for that. The reason why stakataka could not move after he killed poipole is poipole makes superglue.
