Hi, what if this is the case? A couple marrying this year sep 2019, then applying for the universities or before hand and getting a seat there and applying for student dependant visa once married, so can they get the student and dependant visa?? For 2020 Feb or July intake??. They have mentioned 12 months but the only the de facto ( live in relationship) ??
