How ertai help win the game? I can't understand correctly, can anyone explain this?

I have the same question, my understanding is even if 100 Ertai triggers are stacked targeting each oppo's creatures, only the first will resolve and the rest will fizzle after destroying the creature.

WITHOUT untapping the monolith like he did, a possible line that includes saccing all his lands was: Vessell->raker->mopal->raker trigger>relic->raker trigger->plagon->draw 6->mamber->raker trigger->solring->raker trigger->COV plagon->copy on mamber, sol ring, mopal,end on sisays rhystic->replay 3 rocks->3 raker triggers->plagon->draw 11->rhystic. Sisay draws 7 off rhystic before its bounced, but plagon draws 17, possibly more to win that turn and don't have to discard any because of thought Vessel
