I wasted three sheets and tons of ink because the TTD tape will absolutely not stick to my DTV. It ruined my prints. I even let the prints sit for 24 hours like Siser KZbin recommended and it did not stick. I eventually sacrificed an 8x10 piece of HTV. I ironed the piece on to a piece of scrap fabric and peeled off the plastic and used that on my DTV. That worked like a charm. My print stuck to that HTV transfer plastic and I was finally able to iron it in to my shirt.

Apart from the print quality and value, the main reason I use Canon is their separate ink cartridges. I know there are other brands which have separate color ink cartridges. However, quite a few brands only have one combined colored ink cartridge, plus black. Personally, I dislike that. If you have a printer with separate color ink cartridges you'll know that they never all run out at the same time so, being able to replace each one only as needed saves money and ink.

I use Epson ET4800 and I love it. Ink lasts a long time (thank goodness since I wasted three sheets as per my previous comment) and it printed nicely on my DTV.

I've just seen a Siser video of this stuff, and have seen some reviews, that said the color ran, when it got wet...like a rain drop, or a bunch of rain. I'm wondering how this holds up with washing, i.e. fading, running, staining other things, etc. Also, I wonder if you can use the Cricut transfer tape, rather than the TTP (or whatever it's called). Thanks for this. I could really like the DTV if it holds up.
