Ramesh is the only son of an industrialist in a city. Once when he went to school tour to amaravathi .He went to unconscious after seeing a temple. After he got conscious his father and doctor shocked seeing his crazy behaviour as that he is not Ramesh. He says that his name is chittibabu and he had a brother in his village. Then the rich father worried about his son's behaviour. To investigate whether he is saying true or not they went to see the family. Finally they were amazed when they see the family. and his brother is Sobhan Babu. Even their family members were shocked by seeing Ramesh alias Chittibabu. Hence Sobhan Babu came to know that he is the son of that richman told him the story of Chittibabu.
