All Nigerian Recipes I watched your How To videos for making akamu from corn starch, and also how to make akara. Let's just say I've had akamu and akara for breakfast for the past 4 days. I even have some beans ready to be blended. My husband loves them and has been sneaking akara from the fridge. Getting to make both brought some deep feelings of nostalgia. Oh, and I will try out the LIQUID SMOKE jellof rice recipe this weekend. Thanks for ever detailed videos.

Mine was really bad during flight until a doctor advised me. Chewing gum don't work. What you do is, use your fingers to close your nose and then try to slowly force air through your ears. Doing that will help refill the pressure and stop the pain

Just a quick suggestion for the ear pressure when travelling as you mentioned struggling to hear after flying. Try buying a box of earplanes they are so good no air gets into your ears and you have such a comfortable take off and landing. I take these when I travel to africa to visit my partner.😊🌏⛱🏝🕌🛫
