As well as Roger. No, they aren't buried next to each other and they aren't even in the same cemetery in Chicago.

Appropriate they use a song from “Saturday Night Fever” for Gene’s tribute. It was one of his favorite films.

This episode was emblematic of the post-Gene Siskel show. All these guests were intrinsically deferential to Roger Ebert as an icon, even when he had Martin Scorsese on (which is fair given Roger was his first serious champion). Roger and Gene were the dream team.

No, this was a video tribute at the end of the show to end the season. Roger did a tribute to Gene right after he left this Earth.

Co-host seems fine. Yeah maybe he isn't as natural on camera as Roeper, who also wasn't amazing his first few times on the show. Seems very likable and at least all of his critiques on this episode are on point.

I like the tribute, but it's odd they didn't use his voice or a joke he made about a movie
