Today's video, like always, is about my daily life.
You feel relieved when you finish something that was annoying or put off.
I think housekeeping is like that too. If you do it in advance, it will be easier tomorrow and the next day.😊
Actually, I don't bake often, but I made banana walnut bread, which I like and buy often!
It came out successfully and I ate it deliciously.☺️

🍞🍌Banana Walnut Bread Recipe
Ingredients: 3 peeled bananas, 100g white sugar, 60g brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1tsp vanilla extract, 115g butter,
250g all-purpose flour, 1.5tsp baking powder, 1/2tsp baking soda, 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp cinnamon powder, 120g walnuts
1. Mash 3 peeled ripe bananas, add 100g of white sugar and 60g of brown sugar and mix.
2. Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 115g melted butter to step 1 and mix well.
3. In another bowl, mix 250g of all-purpose flour, 1.5tsp of baking powder, 1/2tsp of baking soda, 1/2tsp of salt, and 1tsp of cinnamon powder.
4. Sift step 3 into the mashed banana and mix to make a dough.
5. Add 120g of walnuts and mix.
6. Bake at 350'F (180'C) for 50-55 minutes to complete.😆

Eu sempre vivi na cidade e numa altura em que as cidades eram bem mais calmas, sem comparação alguma com as de agora. Mesmo assim quando ia passar férias ao campo a serenidade e todo o ambiente não me agradavam e o tempo nunca mais passava…muitas vezes voltava para a cidade. Hoje recordando essa situação parece que foi ontem e já la vão cinquenta anos. Recordo também a beleza daquele lugar que nem isso me prendia lá. Estou a falar do Douro Litoral no norte de Portugal. Bonjour, si je peux juste me permettre un conseil : éviter de couper un gâteau ou du pain encore chaud. Cela enlèvera toute l’humidité qui justement permet au gâteau ou au pain de ne pas sécher et conserver tout son moelleux.
