Dollar Tree DIY Santa Crescent Moon Wreath - Easier Method! Blue and Silver Christmas

I fell in love with this last year when this video came out. I knew I had to make it this year. All the Dollar Tree stores in my area are out of the wire wreath forms. But, not to be deterred, I cut the shape out of cardboard. Thanks for giving me the inspiration to make this beautiful wreath!

He's beautiful and you did a perfect job as you did with the first one. You're amazing to make another one because people were complaining that the first on was too much work. People need to understand that you are here to inspire us. If a project is too difficult, then maybe it's not for them, or they should figure out an easier way. There's always a select few that find it necessary to leave mean and rude comments, I hope you don't let them get to you and have the capability to ignore them. I agree. Crafting has always been a sort of therapy for me. This Santa is a bit time consuming but the out come is beautiful! I recently saw a similar one at Michael's it was a whopping $70.00. I didn't see the first tutorial but this second one one seemed pretty easy to me. I agree with Michele Heinze, people who think something is to difficult should look for other ways to may it easier, or just don't try it. I saw nothing difficult about making this project other than a bit time consuming, but what project isn't if you want it to look good?! Super cute Santa moon wreath! Liking the remake as much as the first! I made one using your idea as a springboard--in the true spirit of Sissy Can Do It I used what I had on hand. For his hat I used a Dollar Tree chennile red/green/white striped sock (moving the heel to the back) and because I had no eye that I liked, I simply pulled his had down over his eye. Thanks for the inspiration!

Little hair ties hold it really good for the nose. Little rubber bands for little girls hair.👍also for the Santas beard I used that Christmas tree skirt stuff you used for his face stuffing..and it turned out good.

I watched you craft the first Santa, and the second one is much more time efficient. I was going to suggest adding a little blush to your Santa as well it does help him it makes him look like he's been out in the cold. I make Christmas gnomes out of socks and I always add a little blush to their little nose it's a cute touch. I love the Santa's probably won't make any this year but I will get all the supplies just in case. Thanks for sharing. PS I'm new to your channel this is my second time around.

You can pull the wire right out of sides of ribbon to make ribbon more pliable and easier to maneuver.

Love this wreath. I left a message on the video of the first one you made and wanted to leave it here too. I went on Amazon and from something called "DUSTERSAURUS" 12 duster refills. They are very thick and fluffy. All I had to do was cut the closed end and glue them down for Santa's beard. I think they look great. Just another idea! Thank you for making such beautiful wreaths.

This is adorable. Idea 💡 though, if you make another you could always try to use an actual Santa hat. You might have to trim a little off on the back side but I think it might be a little easier than the ribbon. Either way I love this and want to make one .

Beautiful! I made 1 from the 1st video using the car cloths cut into strips instead for the beard for a friend. Turned out great. I think the face on the 1st was easier then this 1 seamed. Love the fluffiness of the duster cloths. Might just have to make a 2nd for myself 😂

Sissy you could use a Spyro ball covered with the felt (1/2 ball) for his face and blush for his cheeks and then buy some little gold glasses at the craft shop, just sayin’. To give it some dimension. Great job! Oh and a little pipe maybe. I keep thinking of things....some of the 2” fake white fur would be pretty for the hat brim too.
