Nice to watch you catch rainbows. Are you really finishing the season? I'm going to try my strength in Kalix, Sweden, at the beginning of April. Apparently it's the best time for giant grayling and burbot. We'll see what comes out. Of course, I also take spinning gear if it turns out that the ice has melted :) I don't believe it because I fished there already in May. Best regards and I wish you a good fishing season.

I won't be able to go fishing before the ice melts🙂 that sounds fun, good luck! I don't think you need a spin rod, up in the north the ice lies for a long time🙂
