It's a cuticle remover, but I use mine as an 'edger', too...😊

@@upclosepersonalize aw, not at all...I didn't know either, when one came in a nail tools 'kit'. It's kind of barbaric anyway, lol! I've tried using it like a cuticle remover, but it only works well when really sharp, and definitely only on non-living tissue (you will KNOW if you miss 😵). Works much better as an edger. ☺️
