I loveee making flan but don’t but aluminum foil on top and also make the mixture first and then caramel so when you pour it in it’s still melted and it comes out when it’s done it’s melted on top! Also but a little more water in the water bath! Also the tamales put less maza and better made not in an instant pot 😅❤🎉

Hi, Mexican here. Most of the foods you mention are Mexican. Not “Spanish”. If you’re not sure it’s better to say Hispanic. 😊 You can mix the green salsa with the meat and then fill the tamal, so yummy. And that masa looked great! 👍🏻 just needed to be steamed. 😅
