Thank you so much Denise, this was one of the best talk/class I have heard, so raw, yet subtle & so real. I have experienced some of what you talked about and come out the other end which has taken years to understand and work through! It's so wonderfully liberating to hear some deeper aspects of self transformation on this wonderful spiritual path.

Om shanti sr Denise I thank you very much for this clarifying class. I wanted to post it on a chat of Spanish group and I’m doing my best on it, but when they click on link it’s impossible to activate the Spanish subtitles

From A to Z, I have felt, or rather, I have experienced the process of recognizing a trauma or that experience that I have wanted to avoid until its manifestation. I also realized, as you say, is this real? Or is it an illusion that my mind creates? My fear is an illusion, for sure, because it doesn't exist beyond my mind, a construction that hurts but needs to be cared for.

I usually find Sis Denise very helpful. I dont know if this was for someone in particular I hoped they watched to the end. The first 35mins are depressing to say the least. If I was in the darkness you portrayed repeatedly, I would not have made it till the end??

I feel that the realness of the beginning is worth acknowledging - it is beautiful, it brings one in deeper. Intellectual buy-in is needed for many so the not so upbeat cheers leading style of sister Denise is a treasure
