what happend was: (first part ) the guy blamed himself for his sister's suicide thinking it was becouse he tried too distance himself from her when she was in a really bad time. (second part) the guy unable too comprehend on what happend started too show the same sysmteems as depression. and started to doubt himself unable to say what truly happend he continued to torture himself in guilt and loneliness. (3rd part) he is reflecting again what happend. (this is where eve signs the same chorus again: "looking back on what went wrong etc") he sees that she always was unhappy and use him as a way too distract him. but that distraction would have lost anyway and realised it wasn't becouse of him but on so many thing's again with the line: "my anwser wouldnt change" but now with a difrent perpective he says: but still i couldnt do anyrhing about it. still blaming himselt for leaving her alone but not her suicide he goes futher on in life. letting her go in peace as shown in the end where him and his sister happily walks toghether. (also in the end his shadow isn't red anymore clearly showing he moved on) its a sad but powerfull story and with eve's meloncholy voice it fits great. i can almost make me cry. almost…
