Es urgente una visita al médico porque tienes una lección que no se te curará solo con reposo y hierbas, requieres usar una bota que te inmobilice el tobillo por un bien tiempo y no cargar peso, es delicado no dejar que este tipo de lecciones se sanen totalmente porque se convierten en una dolencia permanente. Something that helps with the swelling Ly’Mai, is switching from heat to cold. If you can use a small plastic water bottle and get cold waste from the pond and place it against your foot/ankle for about 5 minutes, then switch to a heat pack, that helps A great deal! Elevating your foot helps as well! Plus…next time Nhat comes over, be sure she checks the water for the chicks! I saw her son give them food but not water. Okay! Have a great Tuesday!
