I think the sitcom Sister Kate is highly underrated most people got to know Stephanie Beacham through her night time soap opera work on Dynasty in the Colby's a lot of people even got to know as a horror movie Scream Queen for Hammer Studios horror films then to see her on a sitcom in a different atmosphere I always felt was really cool you can tell I had a crush on Stephanie Beacham

My brother and I were shocked when this show was cancelled. We though a second season was a no brainer. It had great characters and was actually funny. Her chemistry with the kids was great. I couldn't understand it.

Don't forget the theme was sung by Amy Grant. She was already popular in Christian music but had not broken onto the Pop/AC charts yet. I wonder if she ever does a box set will she include this lost treasure?

Well, I watched it regularly and thought it was pretty decent. But I guess that not enough people watched it for it to pay to keep it on. One of their biggest mistakes was probably putting opposite "60 Minutes". Most show goes out in defeat in that time slot!

Erin Reed guest starred in the NBC Saturday Morning Series California Dreams in the 2nd season of the series, she played Julie a spoiled rich girl that gave Sly Winkle the blues and the episode was called "Can't Buy Me Love" and was the BEST Episode of the 2nd Season before The Garrisons left the series and Lorena and Mark Winkle came in and the rest was history
