The reason this song's name is "Crumbling Dreams" is because Ballora's dreams are crumbling because she is coming to terms with the fact that she may never escape the underground. Also, not to mention the fact that she was mercilessly murdered by her own husband, had her body shoved into a mechanical, animatronic springlock suit, and then, she was finally trapped in the underground for what seemed like forever (that last part is heavily based upon a theory created by the FNaF Community).
