As a mom, I appreciate that you try to keep your channel more "kid friendly" as far as the language goes! My son is nonverbal due to autism, so it's not a super big deal to me, but I still very much appreciate the thought behind it and the effort to follow through! People are always gonna find something to nitpick and criticize and honestly just complain about. You're never gonna make everyone happy, so just make yourself happy and live in that space. Over the years, I've seen you grow into such a strong woman, and I hate when I see others trying to tear that down.

No. Tati isn’t a chemist and she’s given out false information in numerous recent previous videos so, no..... just watch someone who knows what they’re talking about. Tati thinks it’s just a black and white, all or nothing type of situation and it’s not. She sees a particular ingredient and she thinks because it’s a “bad” ingredient, then the makeup isn’t “clean makeup” or “natural ingredients”, etc. She just doesn’t understand how they work, or how certain ingredients NEED other certain ingredients in order to work.

1:30 I've noticed that when I wear makeup every day, I tend to get a sicker looking appearance when without makeup. But if I go without makeup for a while, I'll get my natural, healthy appearance back. I think many other people are the same way.

I think it's because we get used to the makeup appearance, personally. When I wear concealer every day for a week I notice my circles a lot more in the mornings, but I don't think they actually change that much.

what i love about you Tati is that your makeup (especially the base) is always so soft and beautiful. lot of other influencers out there create such harsh lines with their contour and will pile on bronzer and blush while yours is always so subtle, just there to enhance your natural face shape rather than to create a completely new face!!

When her sister said the makeup trend in her area is, "No makeup"...I feel that. I'm from Nebraska, and I swear you're in a huge minority if you wear anything more than mascara and the lightest wash of powder foundation or something. Most of the women (and even teenage girls) I see are totally barefaced. I mean, kudos to them for not feeling pressured to wear any, but sometimes I feel like the town clown for wearing eyeshadow every day... I love it...and I don't honestly think it's that hard to apply unless you're trying to do some kind of crazy cut crease, artsy look.

I grew up in Central Ne, though, and my friends there also hardly wear it. Maybe it's just the people I am friends with and work with, but it's either extremely subtle or nothing. lol
