thanks so much! on the bass itself, i've pretty much just got the bass slightly rolled off and the treble slightly boosted. i keep the signal mostly clean on my DAW, just a slight touch of the same thing (-bass +treble) and the tiniest bit of mid reduction

Great groove! And I see you relying mostly on the Sterling here. It is my main bass right now... I was thinking on saving for the real deal but I ask myself whether an USA Stingray is ten times as good as this one?

yeah, been loving the Stingray - i couldn't possibly say how a high end Stingray compares, i've never played one, but i have zero complaints with the Sterling!

Anyway what do you use to show the transcriptions? Is that part of Logic Pro? It’s very cool! I’m a tech neophyte!

hey, this is the Sterling Stingray, which is the budget-friendly version of the Music Man bass. pretty affordable, it depends where you’re located i suppose, but only a few hundred dollars or so :)
