Aww you are very kind to say that! It’s a generic forehead that runs in my family and I’m still learning to love it 😂

Hi Joy. Have you heard of knotted locs? It’s supposed to be less stress on your roots.

Hey 😊 nope I never heard of them. Sounds interesting.

Your locs look really good. I'm so glad the alopecia is getting better and better as time goes by. Catching CCCA in the early stages is key to hopefully preventing large bald areas. Have you considered using the solution for the CCCA on the traction alopecia at the edges? Please keep us posted on the effects of the rosemary supplements. That sounds interesting. Currently, my scalp is doing very well, and I think I'm noticing some additional thickness in the affected area. I'm very happy about that.

Thank you! Yes I agree that early intervention is key. You know I forgot to mention that in the video, but it was a reminder for me to use the liquid metformin as well as the rosemary solution all the way to the corner of my hairline. I had not been doing that before. Hey look at you! That's so awesome. I know you are excited that you see progress and thickening. 🙌🎉 Are there any changes that you made recently that have helped your hair start to thicken up more?

Hi, What color and brand rinse do you use? I was diagnosed wit CCCA also and I still want to cover my grey . I am hesitant using anything that may irritate my scalp.

Hi! I use clairol advanced great solutions semi permanent rinse in 2a about once every three months or so. It irritates only slightly if it ends up touching my scalp but we don’t leave it on for very long so it works for me. amzn.to/46HXpkY

Thank you! You now that’s a really good question. Your best bet would be to find a dermatologist or tricologist to see if they have some advice for your specific situation. Also locticians can give really good advice about which method to use to start your locs whether it be twists or another method. They can also give good advice on the size. There is a location on KZbin who does lives and she may also be able to shed some insight on your situation. Her channel name is @entoibeauty. You should follow her. Take care.
