Hi I strongly agreed with First Lady about staying in a healthy relationship and know when to walk away. I feel then and now everyone told to stay in a relationship that is not working out for them , if the person is unhappy or not treated respectfully, like why continue to stay in a relationship like that where a person mistreats,feel unloved eventually you come resent that person,or become unhappy basically mentally drain. Even kids will be affected by this and think that it okay to accept this behavior and situation in their own lives.one parent unhappy or being mistreated. It is not okay .it okay to walk away,there is nothing wrong with putting yourself first and focus on your mental health and self worth and self respect . Who cares society thinks .people are going to judge you for the right and wrong things no matter what. That’s sad the world we live in, I strongly believe in my heart that no one should be forced to stay in a relationship, where they are not being treated with respect,dignity or unhappy. or just mentally tired. it’s just not worth anything and there’s nothing wrong with putting my Mental Health first that’s my main priority. Not entertain a relationship that doesn’t me give favors or values.my peace of mind is important .I think why people are stay because they are trying to find excuse or answer or question our choices like is our fault?,could I have changed the outcome,it like a revolving door that never ends.I agree we can’t control what happens in our life,because we never know what life might throw at us.I believe that as long you have faith and trust in believing in yourself and your own cheerleader you will be ok.
