Loved this. I spent a year in Lanzarote teaching surfing, so know a few of those tracks but what brought back a great memory was the TRuffo Ice Cream. I had one of those at the end of every day. Thanks for the memory.

Great video! Looks like an awesome place! I’ve been doing AG1 for over a year now. You mentioned wanting to start it this year because you had been ill so much last year. In November, I was trekking in Nepal. Everyone in our group got sick (at least 3 confirmed COVID), except me (to my knowledge, I have not had COVID, but I have had all the vaccines and boosters). I used the travel packs daily. I’m not sure if that’s why I didn’t get sick, but I’ll take it!

There is a guy, I believe he is Danish that takes F1 drivers out on bikes and forces them down near impossible decents. He is quite legendry and has been mentioned by Max Verstappen. Considered excellent training for core and mental agility. F1 drivers have been coming to La Santa for many years now.
