It's really disappointing, I'm a huge Sisters of Mercy fan but it just feels like Andrew has never had any real live talent, it's obvious he used to dub over his vocals too and for good reason with seeing this recent live performances.

@@nigelblockhead80 I'm pretty sure they're using wireless transmitters. You can look for "instrumental 86" performed in Wrocław 2022. At the beginning of the last minute of the tune, Ben raises his guitar and some device can be seen. Plus, Ben makes a mistake of not switching the switch at the right time and you can hear the difference when he does switch it.

@@unrealmrg Mmm, it's been mentioned on a few of these shows that the guy on the right is just miming playing his guitar. If you watch Marian above, Ben takes his hand off his guitar and yet the music is still playing. They have always used a drum machine, now they have added the guitars and a 'better' voice for AE. I used to be a big fan but they have been poor for a long time, now it's just getting embarrassing.

@@nigelblockhead80 Yeah, sure, I never mentioned "the other guy" - I have strong doubts as well! I think Marian has a very limited guitar part for Ben, so he might have some free time, but we can raise questions too, sure. And yes, I've heard AE backing vocals on some recordings, it was terribly disappointing. But a gig in Łódź a month ago was pretty decent.
