Week 15 of Savannah to Dopey Challenge training was a cutback week focused on rest and recovery before we dive into peak week! We enjoyed a relaxing 10-mile run in the crisp fall weather, and Kim took on the Fall Classic 10k as a fun, catered training run. Sometimes, a little recovery is just what we need to keep pushing forward. Let’s keep running the world together!
