Even though these are old, I come back every now and then for a laugh. I don't get how they don't catch that the employee and the manager are the same person. There might be some very slight voice modification, but not a lot. It kind of shows the power of assumption. You assume you've called the right place, so you go with that story. You assume it's a different person, so you go with that story. I wonder why Jack stopped doing these pranks. I kind of wonder if it's because of the sort of meanness to them, or if it's a legal issue. I guess you could always call the people back, tell them it was just a prank, and ask permission to use them. Anyway...
