The scene where Gary "confessed" his love for Miranda in the therapist's office was such a fangirl moment for me. I was with the audience's sense of disappointment when we found out it was a dream sequence. This was the same feeling when Miranda finally had the courage to tell Gary in season one how she felt and tell him to stay instead of leaving for Hong Kong. But it was only in her imagination. I swear, I haven't fangirled about a t.v. show couple since Ross and Rachel.

@@Salena905 season 5a got realeased on august 21 in the us. 5b is done filming and 6 is currently being filmed. Sadly season 6 will be the last one. But at least Netflix picked it up to add season 4 and 5 and then, while corona, decided to add another one

I didn't know Miranda Hart, I "discovered" her by searching Tom Ellis works before Lucifer. I've seen this show recently and I adored it! By the way, these two have so much chemistry, it's crazy. I love them ❤ It would be lovely if they worked together again.

I binged through 3 seasons of Lucifer and wanted more Tom Ellis and I found this show on Hulu. I had only seen Miranda on The Graham Norton Show, and I thought she was so funny. I loved this show so much!

The two of them appear briefly together as coworkers in another show called Monday Monday. I love them together. I’m mad that Tom Ellis keeps playing these characters where we must wait until the end of the entire series for the two to be together, like in Miranda and in Lucifer. Also, I love Lucifer’s feelings for Chloe, but I love Gary’s feelings for Miranda more because I love Miranda more. And, also, Tom Ellis GQ body is an unattainable man whereas Gary in a bathrobe and boxer shorts is just 30 pushups and looks like my husband. :-)

It's not more; it's just different. Gary and Miranda are clearly very good friends and they are extremely comfortable around each other. Their kisses are intense, but there's no passion. Lucifer and Chloe, on the other hand, radiate heat and sexual tension. I prefer this relationship though because it's simpler and I love seeing Tom play such a sweet character.

@@misspriss2482 yeah, i really love both relationships. But for my part I honestly have to say that im team #Deckerstar just as I have been before I started watching Miranda yesterday evening. But even though I think both ships are equally addicting. In both series I was soo looking forward and hoping for both ships to finally kiss and have a relationship. And luckily it happend in both series. I really hope that Miranda and Gary are still a thing but I say yes because since the series is over :( there are no arguments that tell otherwise. For Lucifer and Chloe, I really hope they are going to leave their latest issues behind and stay a happy couple. I don't think I could handle it if any of the two couples would split up. It would rip my heart into many million pieces, so I hope they will end up and stay together for live/eternity.

They shot a lot of their outside scenes for Miranda in and around Kingston Upon Thames so it could be Richmond park. There is a golf course there as well so fits with them both talking about the tree from the show and playing golf.

+RLviddy If you google "tom ellis adultery", you'll find articles from British tabloids in the beginning of September 2013 talking about their split and his wife citing adultery as the reason due to a one-night stand while he was in the US filming. His ex-wife has even publicly stated that it wasn't just a one-night stand . As far as I can tell, he hasn't denied any of it. Supposedly, there was a rather public confession even but I can't find anything either written or filmed about it.
