Dieses Lied hab ich jetzt zum ersten mal gehört und kann nicht genug davon bekommen. Jungs ihr seid die Besten, so einen geilen Song + ebenso geiles Video zu erstellen hat was und ich höre zu dem nur wenig deutsche Musik. Das deutsches Industrial so gut klingen kann hätte ich nie gedacht.

It means the "dark figure" in some sense, but by modern parlance its come to mean "real statistic" in regards to criminology and law enforcement. But back in the olden times, it meant something more akin to a like a declarative statement of disclosure or dropping of false pretenses. So together with the phrase in the song, it goes like this: "E nomine Christi, Dunkel - Dunkelziffer" - Which today would translate to something like "In the name of Christ, show yourself".
