The little chef’s connection to nugget may be an previously unknown anomalous effect that it possesses that occurs to a specific person. There’s also the chance that nugget themself is/has become anomalous as well. Though I personally like to think that little chef can simply become attached to certain people through various contact. It might be possible that corrections and minor but non-violent aggression when nugget got in their way may have been much worse/more violent if done with a subject less acquainted with them. For an anomaly with such complex emotions, testing with multiple subjects may yield some enlightening results.

i've had 2 dreams of scp-001 (when day breaks) the first one was about just surviving the first bit of it with some people that i've never met. i did not care about them at all! one girl got her arm in the sunlight and i pushed her all the way in. there was a lot of screaming in that one... the second one was when it was finally dying down and we could actually go out in the sun normally again, but not for too long since the sun was still extremely hot and could easily burn you, but not too hot to melt you. and i guess in the dream the radio wasn't working for a long time because i was shocked that the radio worked in the car

The 5:20 scream makes me think Strix or screech owl, like Lilith Makes me think of an SCP that’s literally just Lilith. An anomalous screech owl guarding her young, known as Strix or Lilin, going out slaughtering infants to feed her young The screech owls then go out and devour more infants and generally just raise infant mortality. Plus their screech inflicting bad luck Naturally they’re part of the anomalies the foundation contains by feeding them babies, and can even be tamed via falconers(just carry some infant flesh or baby guts on you)which is nice to curse GOIs. Plus their hunting grounds anomalously doing home-wrecking and increasing human reproduction rates, usually swooping in and devouring the resulting infants
