Thanks! Looks really nice. To save time, demonstrate the "tab trick" while using pick lines or clicking edges for the fascia. When fascia command is active, simply hover over a line or edge and press tab and it will select all joined lines. Then left-click and all the fascia are created at the same time :)

Interesting approach, shame about the roof categories having to be used for mass by face but makes sense given the limitations of the software. An alternative approach I'm going to run a tutorial on will be to use dynamo to 'drape' a floor with sub-points onto the topo using Dynamo, cut out the ground below and lower by a set amount to another level and use slab edges for the kerb profile.

I discovered that you don’t have to flatten the site cad from Autocad. Place points at the center of the elevation markers in AutoCAD then import to revit. Add topo surface then import points. At the dialogue box import the layer containing the points that you imported. This will form a surface. If the surface is too high or low , go to elevation and drag it to the light level and voila. You’ll can also align your surface in the x or y in the same way.

Roads for the most part do not just follow the natural gradient. They have their own gradient which cuts into the higher terrain (with escarpment gradient of 1:1 or vertical if retained by a wall) or is mass filled over the lower terrain (with escarpment gradient of 1:1.5 or vertical if retained by a wall). Longitudinal gradient of the road is 1:10 max and lateral about 2% max if memory serves except in high speed curves. What you made there looks nice but is incorrect from a technical point of view. It would have been more pronounced had you created a steeper gradient terrain.
