Micarta, Sandvik, god action, machining, fit, and finish. awesome value for the price. btw: 14C28N is way above AUS8 which is on 8Cr level (0,8% Carbon). the 14C28N has more Nitrogen to achieve hardness and keep the toughness. it costs more than double the price of AUS8.
