Wonderful for you to take on these worms and give them a new home, Ro. I hope you find acreage for yourself one day too. Our home is for sale as we look for our next place closer to family. I'll be counting on my worms to rehabilitate the soil once we get settled. ~ Sandra

I hope you find the best acreage you are looking for.... and me too. I have started worm on a very small scale 400 worms here in Jordan ... because the current price is almost 28 $ for 200 worms (one fifth of abound )

Hi Ro thanks for the video! Congrats on the opportunity, and you have great friend who is so kind to let you put the CFTs! It's so smoothing to watch how everyone works with the worms 😊 I love all the collaborative energy of the worm community too. Learn so much! New farmer from 🇨🇦

Thank you! I find watching other people’s worm videos soothing as well. It’s often my bedtime wind down activity!

@@RosWigglers yes, KZbin recommendations are full of worms lol. Sometimes when I screenshares with my students on zoom (I'm a soul business coach) they will accidentally see a lot of worms on my screens hahahahahaha

Motivation to keep going on my endeavor where im at. Thanks 😊! I sifted a bin last week that i started 3 months ago and used similar to this video process and also scaling from small start (finances) and was thinking maybe wasting time....but this got me enthused again thinking how many babies i found and stuff and was debating to turn a raised bed to a worm compost for bigger space for them.... Glad i found this video ❤

@@brittse oh good! I’m so glad it’s helpful! We all start at different places, but many of the worm farmers I have chatted with also started really small. As you grow, as long as you are able to get your systems dialed in, scale will likely grow as well. Think of it like interest in a savings account. When you have a small balance, you will still be gaining at least some interest, but as your balance grows, your interest gains will continue to increase as well. Same with worms and castings :)

Those are some nice size breeder bins. Thanks for sharing your system.

@@AJsGreenTopics thanks! I’ve seen a lot of worm farmers use these, and I quite like them. They are the mortar trays from Home Depot and Lowe’s and my sifter set is also designed to fit them perfectly :)

Thank you! It’s been fun. I’ve figured out what’s best is to do a little bit at a time so it’s actually enjoyable and not daunting. I have found I can do about 4 bins before I need to set it aside and work on something else for a bit.
