In my view......सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है बच्चे की रुचि जानना। जिस भी खेल या एक्टिविटी में बच्चे की रुचि हो , उन चीजों को उसके सामने करेगे,ऐसे सिट्यूशन उसके समक्ष प्रस्तुत करेगे जिससे वह स्वयं उनमें भाग लेने को प्रोत्साहित हो और बच्चे को प्रेरित भी करेगे कि आपके साथ यहां बहुत से फ्रेंड्स है आप उनके साथ खेलेंगे कूदेंगे नई नई चीज सीखेगे ।

You're going to become a teacher, you should trust yourself and answers the questions accordingly in an interview. Don't over prepare things otherwise it won't help you much & spoil the process. Just learn facts & data. Be yourself!

Mam I believe that a student will enjoy going school if he feels school as his 2nd home and that can come by love and affection . Teacher must be affectionate and caring towards a student who stays alone. A student can be lonely if he is too intelligent/dull. I will take the help of his parents to identify his problem by knowing whether he plays with his colony friends , does he share his toys etc..and decide accordingly

I will make the healthy relationship between students and teachers after that I will make the friendly environment of classroom . I will do more activities in classroom and give the activities in group , so that students will make the friends in classroom..... After few days students easily to engage in classroom.
