I just got reminded on how my older sisters were trained by mom on the siva ale taupou when we were little. the sliding of feet the eyes on tour hands n the movement of wrist elbows head has to be a flowing stretch and coordination often involves the ability to make the right movements accompanied with foot step.n smiling at all times
