Last week I spent 4 days trying to exchange my phone with Amazon. Ordered OnePlus 13R first with exchange, the phone arrived at the final delivery station and it never came out for delivery. I cancelled it and ordered Samsung S23 instead. Same problem again, it was never out for delivery. Finally cancelled it and got 13R from OnePlus Experience store in Phoenix Mall. They took my old phone for exchange. However, the value was less than what was shown in the website - but it was not a deal breaker. I did not understand why my phones were not getting out for delivery through Amazon. Thanks for uploading this video, now I got some clarity.

Same happened to me when i was exchanging poco f1. Amount shown was 5200, but the exchange guy rejected many & gave at 2600 only. I gave it to him. But out of records, he told me that if he takes for same 5200, warehouse will reduce some amount from the delivery guy. The next time for next mobile, i dint repeat this mistake. I took all backup, transferred everything completely to my new device & checked if i transferred a to z, put sale in facebook marketplace, found a good buyer. I had bluetooth & wifi issues due to water spillage but i told the problem clearly. Still fetched 12,000 from him. Happy with the deal.

Bro, i bought 13r by replacing 9r. Initial exchange mentioned as 9800. Back side glass was broken. But rest others were working fine. Cashify agent run all basic test and said that gyroscope is not working. So he took for 7000. Bonus exchange came for 4000. So overall i.sold 9r fot 11k. These exchange guys are making an offline deal. For example, when I did my verfication for mobile exchange through app for my relative, it was showing a exchange value of around 4k. Yet these guys are offering a exchange value of 8k instead of 4k, if we give their share of 2k. If they are able to do this by manipulating the device verification, I really don't think they are facing any problem of giving higher exchange value.
