Nah man cooler grabbed the game camera. 1 were the position of the victim is he/she is too far away to be picked up. 2 if a victim was destroyed by coolers death ball maybe the character would turn into ashes. 3 the victim is already dead as you can see so even when cooler pics up the character and the perspective is on the victim well we would see nothing because the characters dead. 4 the position of the game camera when a victim is dead there head would face up as you can see when the victim is defeated there is no item example a pillow that could face his/her head in that direction 2:58. So overall yes cooler did brake the 4th wall and breaking the 4th wall is more cooler. Edit: 1 and 2 are maybe chance related like dude we haven't seen 2 on this trailer of cooler but 3 and 4 in the other hand is always gonna happen in a fight if cooler wins.

Her air super has the destructive finish explosion yet her win animation shows her transforming her opponents into desserts. Similar thing happens with Frieza. Why would he charge an attack to make his opponent beg for mercy if they’re already dead? 3. Villains still talk to their opponent even after defeat. Also Cooler is the type of guy to pick up someone who’s near death. Also to add another point: Gotenks interacts with the camera during his win animation. However he doesn’t fight with the cameraman, it’s already in a downward position. This suggests that there’s just a random camera on a stand capturing footage wherever these fights break out. It’s Dragon Ball.
