I was govt employer, against my termination I filed case in high court and it was allowed and court directed for reinstatement with all consequatiale benefits. But opposite party filed writ appeal before high court and submitted false statements and judgment stayed. Can I file application under section 340 CRPC against opposite party?

Sir pranaam. Sir mera PWDVA case hai jo ki 12-10-2021 se chalu hai. Interim ka order 25-3 ko hua, jiska maine district court me dismiss ka appeal kiya tha. Waha use criminal appeal maan kar suna gaya. Uska result mere paas 21-6 ko aya hai. Ab mujhe usko Nagpur high court me appeal karna hai. To mere paas uske liye kitne samay ka time limit hai ? 30 day, 60 days or 90 day ?. Please tell. Bahut confusion hai.🙏🙏🙏.
