Three more elements are: - The tighten of your fist or striking foot (leg), in other words density of the striking body element - Proper supporting foot stance for kicks that are performed without jumping ( it could be part of the equilibrium but it is somehow different) - Yelling or directing energy on that punch or kick The reaction force makes sounds interesting to explore more about it.

Proper alignment I look at as part of equilibrium, but youre right there is more than that. The yell is part of breath control as well as tightening your core when you exhale. The density of the hand/foot isnt something I considered, but youre right. All Good points, thanks.
