Full Throttle looks like the best new addition in the year 2013... I'm SUPER jealous I can't go on it. SFMM ALWAYS gets the best rides... It isn't fair. I'm happy for SFMM though, at least everyone everywhere gets to enjoy their local Six Flags.

Being a MM local, I understand your point how they try to squeeze as many rides into a small area as they can. But the reason they do this at Magic Mountain is because of the unique terrain. Having been on full throttle a few times already, the tunnel in the middle of the ride improves the ride a lot. It is also cool to be right over the superman plaza, and to be on top of the giant mountain. It may seem weird, but it all turns out well

Here's what wasn't announced for the 2013 season at Six Flags. First, Six Flags Great America would also be running Batman: The Ride and Viper backwards for a limited time. Six Flags Fiesta Texas would also open Gunslinger where Wagon Wheel used to sit (it will eventually be replaced by Dare Devil Dive Flying Machines in 2020). The big news for the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge would actually be a late 2012 addition called Holiday in the Lodge. Hurricane Harbor in Arlington, TX never added the Black Hole of Doom 4-D but instead built a ProSlide bowl slide and wave slide called Typhoon Twister and Tsunami Surge respectively. Six Flags New England would also bring back Whistlestop Park. And finally, the big surprise for Six Flags Mexico would be The Joker, a Gerstlauer spinning coaster that originally operated at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom as Pandemonium.

Just wondering since you said Magic Mountain gets best rides, my home park is Great Adventure, which is why I'm mad. Full throttle would have been a promising addition for us, but I'm very upset because of where it ended up.

It was in no way shape or form a copy. The only thing that is the same is the long twist and the half loop twist drop. And the carriages. They have completely different themes, elements and lengths. By saying x-flight as copied, you're implying that the swarm copied x-raptor, and that copied furious baco, etc.

SFNO is not the property of Six Flags anymore. Sadly, there's very low chances the park will ever operate again because it's in a pretty bad state and it would be way too difficult and expensive for any future owner to open it again.

all rides are safe. if there is a death or incident on a roller coaster, most likely it is what the people do, and there is an accident once every year? the chances of getting hurt on a roller coaster is less likely to be attacked by a shark. its even less likely to die on a roller coaster then your own bathtub. roller coasters are some of the safest objects in the world. you might say you're going to die but that is the adrenaline of the rides
