We questioned Epi about this on the Hot Breach Podcast yesterday. The sad fact is that since Ubisoft are still using third party servers (Microsoft Azure) they are tied to the availability provided by that party. They really wanted to get new server regions off the ground but then ran into problems out of their control. Not the answer we would want but at least it's some detail about what's going on :-/

Although I am loving the reverse damage, how does this effect Cav players who down but do not kill? Will the reverse friendly fire activate after a certain amount of friendly damage instead of just a kill?

I'm kind of torn between how much input both pro league and the rest of the community actual have in what changes in game because it seems like they work on some good things, but on the other hand it seems like they make changes that noone ever asked for to begin with or completely refuse to budge on other issues. Lion is a good example of an operator nobody even wanted to exist in the first place, but instead of avoiding the issue in the first place, they'd rather throw him in regardless exponentially nerfing him over time until he drops to the ability fitting for a 2 percent pick rate and as for Glaz I'm fairly certain that the majority of people didn't even show a concern for his current state until the change came out of nowhere and now suddenly some people are jumping to agree with the change while others; including myself are left scratching their heads as to where this came from.

Love most of these changes except the ones for dokkaebi, glaz and lion Dokkaebi is now just hard countered by mute Glaz now has to be played as a window peaker who is only really effective when standing still And all 3 of lions new drones combined gives you less scan time than one of his old ones.

They should create an option that opens a HUD that asks if the friendly fire was intentional, if it was intentional, the reverse fire will exist the whole game. If it was an accident, next round it will switch off reverse fire

Guys, I have a suggestion for Thatcher: his EMP grenades should be able to disabe lights completely, for example, at night, in a room, toss in a grenade and the lights in the room go off permenantly, and lasers on guns should emit a small amount of light to give more purpose to this tactic.
