Why was is open until so late in the morning.The liquor trading hours is until 2 am.It is sad but the bar owner should be held liable for the shooting for not complying with the liquor act of closing the bar before 2am

The owner must also be arrested for having violated the Liquor board act if he adhered those people would not have been found there
