the add is a hard once per turn. the negate is a soft once per turn.

@@Bomberman64x hard once per turn mean u can only use that effect once per turn, no matter what copy of the card uses it, soft once per turn mean once per copy, meaning if u summon another one u can use the soft once per turn again
