OK, so I've been a PROFESSIONAL MUSICIAN and PROFESSIONAL AUDIO ENGINEER in Las Vegas for 40 years. I've either played with, opened for, or worked with everyone from KISS to James Brown, Mariah Carey to Prince, Motley Crue to Christina Aguilera, The Doobie Brothers to Earth Wind and Fire, you get the picture. YOU, my friend, are the real deal! Oliver! Your voice is unique, your guitar playing is all yours, and your lyrics are from the heart and from real life! Real lyrics for real people! It's so very refreshing to see a good God fearing AMERICAN songwriter doing his thing! You singularly have proved that the more from the heart, and the less gadgets and crap that they add to music turns that music into robotic sounding NOISE! Oliver, please stay true to yourself and your music my friend! The good Lord put you here for "such a time as this" just like He did Queen Esther in the Old Testament! KEEP THE FAITH AND KEEP FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT MY BROTHER! GOD BLESS AND TAKE CARE. .. ✝️📖🙏💪♥️

Christian love from Canada... thank you, Oliver. I listen to this whole video lately on a seemingly-daily basis and some days more than once. Thank you, you Virginian mouth-farting bugger haha at the end of the song about Virginia. When you get up and walk to the phone I sometimes say “Uh-oh, the Virginian is marching.” And might even say “Don’t do it! Don’t you do it!” But the “Pthh!” Inevitably comes and sometimes I joke “You bugger, how dare you!” Or something like that. 100% jest. It makes me smile/laugh, seemingly every time, and it might be a dozen times now or more. Still funny. Again, thank you, and yeah when times aren’t so hard I intend on returning to a greater level of sobriety :) Thank you, Christian brother. If you ain’t Christian, then your lyrics seem religiously confused hahaha

Then built on that.. It's really hard but there's maybe a way.. Now I can play again, would appreciate your opinion on the songs I do if you'd like.."I'm Not The Only One" is about wishing life could be good for good hearted people, would love to know you liked it Keep in touch and I'll cheer you on..I want my life to be a thing where I help people make things better in some way if I can It's really hard and might not seem like you are progressing but keep on trying!!! Django Reinhardt had a really serious hand injury and managed to build up to becoming a legendary and hugely loved guitarist so maybe even if you have to find some other way to play the instrument or a new instrument to play you will be able to make the lovely music you want to again I really really really hope you, and anyone who has had a tough time, are blessed with a new way to make things really good how you would like it again Best wishes to you and to anyone who ever reads this from Rolland in Scotland

Alaska sure appreciates you, Chris. So nice to sit back, relax and listen to a true pure soul sing through his heart erasing a struggling day away. Stay the beautiful simple man that you are, God has definitely blessed you. I’m sitting right there next to you by the creek, loving life again when you play, thank you.

Green Souls like him are rare these days, I sincerely hope his faith in God never wavers, and that his Soul is never tarnished by the filth of this Society. God bless this man, truly he has heard God’s voice more than anyone else…

Brothers and sisters of any color shape size or beliefs. This is a rare moment in our lives to see and listen to Angel of sorts being human to our core, His experience. Our connected lives. Blessings to anyone who listens or reads these..... ❤ you Red Man

Most down to earth guy to see in concert. Had the best evening. Not many will take the time between songs to interact with the crowd like you. Chris takes time between each song to make a paper airplane to send to crowd. To me reading from the Bible before he starts his show means alot. His dogs are great, got to see them at the show and pet them. Beautiful dogs

‘I Wanna Go Home’ brings those tears every time. One of my all time favs. I’m battling MS and I wanna go home but I still have a lot of fight in me. It sucks but it makes me appreciate life. I look forward to every sunrise and sunset. I look for the beauty in every detail of life and brother, your music has that beauty. Thanks

I have to say all your songs hit home with me. I lost my mom not long ago and that song I wanna go home plays on my radio everyday and I know when I go I don't want my kids to cry for me I want them to smile and know I'm ok and I'm with momma. She was my best friend and left me way to soon. Thank you for your amazing songs bud.

I’ve got nothing but love for you Mr Anthony. I’m just a young lad , I turn 20 tomorrow on the 8th. Your music just makes me feel heard and seen. It’s so tough out here, I never could’ve imagined growing up shit would be so difficult. I’m living paycheck to paycheck because I can’t afford college. I mean in all honesty I couldn’t give a fuck less about money but it’s how one can make a living these days. I just want enough to own my house and some land someday and ride out into the sunset with my fiancé. This all culminates for me to say that I find solace in your music Mr Anthony, I feel like nothings goin my way and I’ll throw on a few songs of yours and I’m feeling better. Thank you for sharing your art with the world. One love, brother.

Cobwebs and Cocaine is such a great song. The way you strain your voice reminds me of an old hound howling at the moon. All full of soul. Love it ❤ Chills. Every. Time.
