On this adventure we hiked "The Dix Range to Macomb and Dix Mountain" and we climbed East Dix Mountain, South Dix Mountain, Macomb Mountain, Hough Mountain and Dix Mountain which are all part of the 46 highest peaks in the Adirondacks. @@Ken_Domik i don't think pancakes with tons of fake syrup is what I would have before the hike ,I would probably have a toasted tuna or salmon and avocado 🥑 sandwiches wth a couple of hard boiled eggs ,possibly followied with a cup of oatmeal with some blueberries and a banana

@@Ken_Domik clean protein and carbs is the way to go ,your breakfast was full of ultra processed garbage ,you are poisoning your body and slowing yourself down dramatically by loading up on sugar and cheap processed food

We found out about this park back in the early 2000’s through climbers we knew. Then in the last 10 years we started knowing about the 46 peaks
