I just bought a SU7 4K off Amazon but the front of the camera says 5K 30FPS. The other difference is that it doesn't come with a battery charger, just a USB C cable. My biggest complaint is that the User Guide is pretty useless when it comes to explaining things like how to mount the camera to your bike. I figured it out but it took a while. I gave it a test ride yesterday. Had no problems getting it to record a nine minute ride. Tried using it this morning, turned it on, pushed the record button on the remote and took a 40 minute ride. Nothing recorded.

I did notice that the listing changed and they are now saying it is 5k. For me 4k is plenty the files are large and slow to work with even at 4k. I wonder if the footage at 5k is interpolated. Anyway sorry yours did not record with the remote yesterday. I would recommend testing the remote and see if you can get it to record if not then I would check the battery on the remote. If it does record for you then it may have been you did not push the button completely. Having the remote is a nice feature so I hope it is just a battery issue. It certainly should work at that close range. Hope you are able to get it working. It is frustrating when we think we took footage and it’s not there.

Hello. I shot everything in 4k 30fps and edited it to 1080p. There is some pixilation in the fast motion section that was not present in the original video.
